Order Cancellation
A Customer can opt to cancel order within 5 minutes for the order placed either online or by calling our customer service and receive refund of advance paid if any.
To avoid any damage claims after delivery, users are recommended to inspect the product seal before accepting the order.
Porna Fresh Chicken reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion based on product availability or if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by a customer or breaches the terms & conditions of using the platform.
Return & Refunds
Customer may request for a refund/replacement at the time of delivery of the products in case of any quality issues.The mode of refund shall be as determined by Porna Fresh Chicken from time to time, such as, credit to the original payment source.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide Information: Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the issue.
Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return address.
Refund Process:
Refund Timeframe: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to some quality defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exclusions:
Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Promotional and Sale Items: Promotional and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
